<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rate: £13.54 - £18.00 per hour (depending on shift)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the RoleWe are recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a leading logistics and distribution company specialising in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working within a modern, fast-paced distribution centre,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a key role in ensuring products are stored, picked, and replenished accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Replenish picking locations to ensure operational efficiency.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and unload vehicles as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out stock movements, inventory checks, and cycle counts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure products are handled in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills & ExperienceEssential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working in a fast-paced logistics operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work towards productivity and quality targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts</p>
