<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator in Banbury, to work as part of a team providing general warehousing support, to ensure the smooth flow of product through the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilites:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements are met</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">o Comply with H&S policy & standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">o Identify and report hazards, incidents and accidents</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">o Keep work area clean and tidy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Respond to ad hoc customer enquiries on the phone and via email in a timely and professional manner.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Quality checking packaging of stock coming in and out</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Check that allocations. Confirm that the pallet quantity of each allocation matches the expected pallet quantity indicated on the customer's email.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Reply to the customer's emails confirming the actual pallet quantity of each allocation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Liaise with transport and update the operation where alterations to routes and picking deadlines have taken place.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Respond to queries regarding picking issues, referring them to management or stock control where necessary.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Carry out picking or inbound activities when dictated by operational</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Experience of working in a complex, fast moving environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· A standard level of numeric, literacy and IT skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Friendly and approachable</p>
