Warehouse Manager

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking a proactive, resilient and people-focused Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor who thrives on improving operations, introducing effective processes and building strong, high-performing teams.</p>

You will have the autonomy to review existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical processes that enhance efficiency, accountability and overall performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A key part of the Warehouse Manager's role will be engaging and motivating the team, establishing clear expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be confident navigating change, challenging established practices constructively and winning the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong operational expertise with the interpersonal skills, resilience and determination to make a lasting difference.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience and skills required:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Management experience within a fast-paced warehousing environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be beneficial.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process driven and proficient in the use of ERP systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Self-starter with proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Solution focused leader.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of health & safety, quality and compliance within a warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads.This role will suit a Warehouse leader who is motivated by a challenge, takes pride in developing people and can demonstrate tangible improvements in team performance, operational efficiency and working practices.</p>
