<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Wellesbourne.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on Warehouse Manager role, you won't just be sat behind a desk and will get involved with all duties across the site. It involves managing a small permanent team with big seasonal peaks so the team size will vary.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, including stock control, goods in and out, picking and loading, transport, team management and Health & Safety.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead and supervise warehouse staff</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organise picking, packing, loading and returns</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage stock levels and stock control</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keep the warehouse organised and running efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arrange couriers, transport and deliveries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Make sure equipment and stock is prepared and ready when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out basic maintenance and repairs where needed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use and maintain warehouse management systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor warehouse performance, costs and productivity</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain Health & Safety standards across the warehouse and yard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage vehicle movements and loading operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete warehouse reports and administration</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You should have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse or logistics management experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good IT skills, including Excel</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A practical, hands-on approach</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">FLT Licence is desirable but not essential</p>
