<p class="text-muted mb-3">Temporary with potential to be made permanent after 12 successful weeks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and supportive team based in Northampton. This is initially a temporary position with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, making it ideal for someone looking to prove themselves and secure a permanent role with a successful business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a small, close-knit team where personality, reliability and a strong work ethic are just as important as previous warehouse experience. While around one year's warehouse experience would be advantageous, full training can be provided for the right person.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Packing orders ready for dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of a small and friendly warehouse team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following health and safety procedures at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Learning and supporting other areas of the operation as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receiving full training to become multi-skilled across the business, including opportunities to learn aspects of the embroidery operation </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for someone who:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Has previous warehouse experience, ideally around one year, although training will be provided for the right candidate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Is reliable, punctual and committed to their role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Works well as part of a small team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Is happy to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Has good English communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail </p>
