<p class="text-muted mb-3">Berry Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role focused on supporting warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Duties</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe manner.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing products for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using handheld scanning devices and warehouse systems where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting colleagues and supervisors with general warehouse duties as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You Need</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive attitude.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible approach to workload and daily tasks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Awareness of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Pattern</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">11:00am - 8:00pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tuesday to Saturday for 2 weeks, followed by Monday to Friday for 2 weeks (rotating pattern).</p>
