<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Pattern: 6am - 2pm AND 2pm - 10pm ROTATING, 5 days out of 7. You MUST be able to work both of these shifts. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hourly Rate: £12.71 </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Position Type: Automated order picking role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Operative,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our warehouse. Your</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately picking, packing, and labeling items for distribution using automated systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inspecting warehouse equipment, such as cages & totes, for safety standards before distribution back into the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Processing returns accurately using Warehouse Management Systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring all orders are prepared and packaged in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse during your shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the team leader or supervisor.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborating with the team to meet productivity and efficiency targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Qualifications of a Warehouse Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move items as required (in line with safety guidelines).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic numeracy and literacy skills to manage documentation and inventory control.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude towards challenges.</p>
