<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for stable, long-term work with a structured shift pattern. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Transportation to the Burton site and return is provided, with bus pick-up points available at Erdington, Aston, and Witton. Candidates from the wider Birmingham area are welcome to apply, provided they can drive or arrange transportation to these pick-up locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day-to-Day</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work shifts are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (day shift) or 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM (night shift).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The schedule follows a 4-days-on, 4-days-off pattern, which cannot be altered.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day shift pay rate: £12.71 per hour.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night shift pay rate: £13.26 per hour.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Efficiently pick, pack, and process orders according to company standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (training will be provided if necessary).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Qualifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic English proficiency is required to pass the assessment during the induction process.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.</p>
