<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join a rapidly expanding fulfilment operation based in Tyseley, Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As part of the warehouse team,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high operational and quality standards.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately pick and process customer orders using handheld scanning devices.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Verify product information, including batch numbers and expiry dates.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pack and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Label parcels correctly and ensure timely shipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to achieve daily operational targets.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience within a warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment, logistics, or production environment is desirable.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling moderate lifting duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.</p>
