<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Day & Night Shifts (07:00 - 18:00 and 20:00 - 07:00) - working 5 out of 7 days (flexibility required)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience: None required, though MHE experience would be preferable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for Warehouse Operatives working in Sortation to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need previous experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a very sought after role, and we are specifically looking for people who can work full time - unfortunately, this does mean that we cannot accept applications from students. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IMPORTANT : You must be able to commit to full time shifts, travel to the site for your shifts and have a good grasp of the English language. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You’ll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading parcels</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating pump trucks and pulling cages</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working with your team to hit daily targetsYou should be:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable in a warehouse environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A team player who communicates well</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Punctual, with a good work ethic</p>
