<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Dorset, this role can offer an immediate start and will be for the next 6 months, with possibility to be extended. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and highly organised team supporting production, goods-in, stock control, and dispatch operations.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative: </h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Goods in & out, managing & processing deliveries/ couriers and checking documentation </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organising goods-in inspections and ensuring materials are stored correctly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inventory control</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and issuing materials to production</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock takes and inventory checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating material handling equipment </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with production, planning, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations-What operationsWhat experience you will need or the Warehouse Operative role: </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience within a Stores, Goods-In, Warehouse, or Logistics role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident using Microsoft Office and stock control systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business</p>
