<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at a leading clothing brand warehouse in Liverpool, Speke L24. This role emphasizes contributing to day-to-day operations, including goods in, goods out, picking, packing, and returns processing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be a key player in maintaining a well-organized and efficient operation while helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Liverpool, Speke L24</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shifts and Pay</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | £12.71/hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekends: £14.71/hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, including weekends</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from stock locations and pack them according to company guidelines for prompt dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Goods In and Goods Out Operations: Assist in receiving incoming deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Returns Processing: Inspect and process returned stock while upholding quality standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Stock Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring items are stored in appropriate locations for ease of access.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to uphold the company's standards for all outgoing and incoming goods.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborate with team members and supervisors to smooth out operations and resolve potential issues effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Although previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Starting your shift with a team briefing to discuss daily targets and priorities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring your workstation is organized and prepared for the tasks ahead.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and packing orders with accuracy and attention to detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing the processing of returns and updating inventory as needed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proactively collaborating with your team to overcome delays and maintain a smooth workflow.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Consistently adhering to workplace safety protocols and responsibly handling equipment and materials.</p>
