<p class="text-muted mb-3">£12.71 for Monday to Friday (14:00-20:00hrs)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£13.15 for or Monday to Friday (20:00-22:00hrs)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£13.66 - £14.07 for 4 On 4 Off Days (06:00-18:00hrs)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£13.15 - £13.56 for Nights Monday to Friday (18:00-06:00hrs)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shifts Available: There are two shifts available:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">4 On 4 Off Days (06:00-18:00hrs), Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00hrs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The company is not able to offer visa sponsorship therefore candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK in order to be considered.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Main Purpose of the Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be a key part of the Warehouse team to ensure all business</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements and customer demands are carried out in full as required.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To ensure the correct and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of goods while meeting all OTIF (on time, in full) targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To show full support and compliance to site and regulatory Health & Safety standards and practices.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To work cohesively with all other support functions within the wider operation and carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the business.Please note that candidates must be a commutable distance from Wimblington to be considered for this role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Key Accountabilities:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">General Duties :</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Unloading and loading of vehicles using the relevant MHE equipment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Put stock away and replenishment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pallet and case picking and preparing pallets read for dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading trailers ensuring all the pallets travel safe and correct to the manifest</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out rework on pallets when required (de-top, re-stack, case sort, etc.)Communication:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co‐workers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be confident and approachable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Attend and contribute to team briefingsTeamwork:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support new starters into the business</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work together with other operatives to complete tasks when needed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support other departments with workload when volume dictates</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Any other tasks as reasonably requestedHealth & Safety:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Always maintain compliance with the site H&S standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Attend relevant training courses</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing general housekeeping where necessary</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out daily FLT inspections and report any defects as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure that all lifting and moving of products are carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to multi‐task and work in a fast-paced environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines as well as being part of a team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good time keeping and highly organised</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have own transportation to work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent written and numeracy skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a Warehouse environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum of 1 years' Licence for (or experience of) CounterbalanceDesirable:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Licence for (or experience of) Pivot & PPT trucks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">(MEWP) Scissor Lift Certificate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with using RDT scanning equipment</p>
