We are a successful and rapidly expanding consumer products company looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to become an important part of our team.

This isn’t just about picking and packing. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, develop their warehouse and retail experience, and take on greater responsibility as the company continues to expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working across our warehouse locations in Melbourne and Central Derby, you’ll be involved in the smooth day-to-day running of our operation, including:

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders

• Receiving, checking and organising deliveries

• Loading and unloading stock

• Stock replenishment and organisation

• Assisting with stock control and inventory

• Preparing products and stock for our retail operation

• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse

• Supporting the wider warehouse and retail team

• Taking on additional responsibilities as your experience develops

You’ll ideally be:

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

• Positive, hardworking and willing to get stuck in

• Well organised with good attention to detail

• Comfortable using your own initiative

• A strong team player

• Physically comfortable with general warehouse work

• Keen to learn and take on additional responsibility

• Looking for a role where you can develop and progress long term

What You’ll Get

£27,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus:

• 24 days’ holiday

• Monday to Friday working

• 8:30am – 5:30pm

• On-site parking
