<p class="text-muted mb-3">Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operation from day one, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful qualifying period.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role involves unloading vehicles, completing general warehouse duties, and supporting the wider warehouse operation. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to be trained to operate a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Warehouse experience is required, and candidates must be comfortable working in a manual warehouse environment. All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hourly Rates and Shifts:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00), £14.81 p/h, £18.08 p/h for overtime</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Performing general manual handling and warehouse duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting team operations and maintaining a clean and organised work area</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all site health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working towards productivity and quality targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience is required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willing to be trained to operate a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working at heights</p>
