<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) = £13.46 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) = £15.66 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) = £16.66 pr hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime rate: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be working one of the following shifts:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">06:00 until 14:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">14:00 until 22:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">22:00 until 06:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your role as a Warehouse Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using MHE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Benefits for Warehouse Operatives:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Payment will increase by £1 after 12 weeks (probation period)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Progression to different roles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Bonus up to £6 per hour on top of basic rate</p>
