Warehouse Operative

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Job People are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Oldbury - B70 location.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We require candidates to work AM / MID / PM Shifts across Monday to Friday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Some weekends and overtime available</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be able to read & understand English.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Musy be able to lift and load / stand & walk around the warehosue for long periods of time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have a 'can-do' attitude and willing to carry out some other warehouse duties when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">7am - 4.30pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Mid / PM Shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">12.30 - 22.00 or 13.30 - 22.00 Monday to Friday - PPT LICENCE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for this shift as</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be moving stock and pallets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">1 hour break</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£12.71 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime pay for Saturday & Sunday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekly Pay</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Long term work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Oldbury:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the operation fully with all duties requested</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Unload boxed goods from containers using a conveyor system</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Match box codes, in order to stack onto pallets by box code.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Wrap pallets and move with a pump truck</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be required to re label items when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Order pick and pack - general warehouse operative duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Some heavy lifting / physical role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use PPT MHE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is repetitive work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be able to stand for long periods of time</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be motivated - we have a set amount of work to do each night.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring accuracy make sure no mistakes are made.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving pallets and stock to various locations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support with loading and unloading deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use of scanners and labelling machines.</p>
