<p class="text-muted mb-3">Are you hardworking, reliable, and comfortable with physical work? We're looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Southampton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role that involves moving, handling, and preparing stock within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day and take pride in working safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely lifting and handling boxes and products weighing up to 20kg.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with the organisation and storage of incoming and outgoing stock.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing customer orders and work orders for dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting warehouse operations to ensure goods are processed efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health and safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work throughout the shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out environment is advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 20kg safely.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and a strong awareness of workplace safety.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours & Pay</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">8:00am - 5:00pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">40 hours per week</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£12.75 per hour</p>
