<p class="text-muted mb-3">AM2PM are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client in the Swindon SN5 and SN31 areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Job Details:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fixed shifts, Monday to Friday: These are fixed shifts and do not rotate. Occasional weekend working may be required depending on kitting volumes and operational</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements. Additional working during sale periods will only be required where agreed with the Operations Manager.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">AM shift: 08:00-16:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PM shift: 14:00-22:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">During peak periods, the shifts will be 06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 00:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Break arrangements will be confirmed at the start of each shift by the Shift Manager or Team Leader and will consist of either:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">One 30-minute break and one 15-minute break; or</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">One 45-minute break.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rates: All are brought in as standard ops to begin with, with possibility to be trained up to skilled ops</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">General Warehouse Operative: £12.91 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PM shift premium: Additional £0.68 per hour for the 14:00-22:00 shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skilled Warehouse Operative: £13.80 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">MHE/VNA Operative: £14.49 per hour</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements of a Warehouse Operative</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately pick and securely pack customer orders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Unload, sort, and organise deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle physical tasks, including moving and lifting boxes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct stock checks and resolve discrepancies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inspect and process returned items.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle damaged or returned products following protocols.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support kitting and miscellaneous warehouse activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Performance and Attendance Expectations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick and Pack colleagues will receive three days of training and will be expected to work towards the required productivity targets from their fourth shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">During the main peak period of approximately two weeks, attendance will be monitored daily due to increased operational demand.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Daily shift-confirmation messages will be sent before each scheduled shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Previous WMS, stock-control, MHE or VNA experience would be advantageous for skilled positions.</p>
