<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role is ideal for anyone with previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Production Operative, Parcel Sorter, Fulfilment Assistant, or Packing Operative.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Before 12 Weeks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Standard Core Hours (12:30 - 22:30 / Weekdays) (12:00 - 21:30 / Weekends)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£13.29 per hour (Basic Rate)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£19.94 per hour (Overtime Rate)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Unsocial Hours Premium (23:00 - 06:00):</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£23.92 per hour (Overtime Rate)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexibility: Work is available across a 7-day rota, with shifts booked on a weekly basis to suit business needs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your Day-to-Day Duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working in a highly organised, modern environment, your day will involve:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately selecting and packing customer orders (including personalized mugs, cards, gift vouchers, balloons, chocolates, and gifts).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely moving, organizing, and managing stock levels across the warehouse floors.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using handheld digital scanners and standard fulfilment equipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing, labelling, and boxing up completed orders for final dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Performing regular stock checks and maintaining accurate digital or written records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working to daily performance targets and KPIs while keeping your workspace clean and tidy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handling packaged alcohol products securely where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Always adhering strictly to site health and safety protocols.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You Need to Succeed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills: A basic level of written and spoken English, paired with strong communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Attitude: A positive, flexible approach, excellent punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Compliance: You must provide proof of your Right to Work in the UK and be comfortable handling packaged alcohol.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assessments: Ability to successfully pass a basic site English and numeracy test prior to starting.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable but Not Essential: Previous warehouse or packing experience, or familiarity with handheld scanners (full industry-specific training and ongoing support will be provided).</p>
