Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operation from day one, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful qualifying period.

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment.

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join the warehouse team. This role offers the opportunity to be fully trained as a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator , making it ideal for candidates looking to develop new skills and progress within a modern warehouse environment.

Hourly Rates and Shifts:

PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00), 14.06 p/h

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

• Unloading vehicles onto conveyors.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.
• Supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Undertaking training to become a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator.

Requirements as a Warehouse Operative:

• No previous warehouse experience required - full training provided.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Willing to learn and be trained to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP).
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links to the site.
