<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Burgess Hill (must have a UK Driving License & vehicle due to remote location)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">AM Shift (x3 vacancies): Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm (30-minute lunch break)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">AM Pay Rate: £15.47 per hour PAYE basic (excluding holiday pay)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PM Shift (x3 vacancy): Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm (30-minute lunch break)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PM Pay Rate: £17.01 per hour PAYE basic (excluding holiday pay)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contract: 3-month assignment - Inside IR35</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Initial 3-month probation period with the opportunity for extension based on performance. 1-week notice period.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">UK Driving License and own transport due to remote location - There is NO public transport available to site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and capable of manual warehouse duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Patient-focused mindset with the ability to work with urgency at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, punctual, and dependable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic IT skills essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable method of transport essential due to limited public transport links</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">SAP WM/EWM experience desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Forklift licence desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IATA or logistics qualification advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process urgent, cross-docked, and backordered items efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support goods receipt and storage activities, including temperature-controlled products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of stock throughout the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Update warehouse systems and support inventory checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work collaboratively with colleagues across distribution, customer service, and quality functions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure customer and patient needs remain at the centre of all activities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Meet operational KPIs whilst maintaining quality and compliance standards</p>
