<p class="text-muted mb-3">Position: Warehouse Operative</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contract Type: Temporary</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hourly Rate: £14.80</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Pattern: Full Time. Working nights Sunday-Friday working 4 out of 6 on rota basis.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shifts are 6:00PM-4.30AM OR 7.30PM-6:00AM.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Operative, your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately picking and packing orders to meet deadlines</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting despatch with loading/ unloading of products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve daily goals</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicating clearly and effectively with supervisors and colleagues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ideal candidate will possess:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in order fulfilment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience is advantageous</p>
