<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support a Warehouse team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will support all areas of the warehouse process, including:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading materials</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Machine operation, supporting technicians and using computer systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Quality sampling and stock control</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">General housekeeping duties with heavy lifting involved</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvementsFLT / Forklift Counterbalance would be advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate production and equipment safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all SOPs, site procedures, and health & safety guidelines</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out pre-start visual safety inspections</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support continuous improvement activities across the shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high housekeeping standards across the production area</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete production documentation and bulk bag labelling accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work flexibly across multiple production roles as required</p>
