Warehouse Operator

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay: £13.01 per hour - Training Period / £14.40 per hour - On Completion of Training</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Monday to Friday - Early Shift 6am - 2pm / Back Shift 2pm - 10pm / Rotational</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receive, check, sort and store incoming goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Move stock throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work towards daily productivity and accuracy targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow site procedures and safe working practices at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support colleagues and work effectively as part of the warehouse team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills & Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or similar environment is desirable, although transferable skills will be considered</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and orders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to follow instructions, processes, and site procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable with a consistent work history demonstrating dependability</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential as training may be provided</p>
