Warehouse Packer & Inbound Operative - night shift

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Planwell Recruitment is seeking experienced Warehouse Packers and Inbound Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Dartford. Candidates with previous MHE/PPT experience are preferred, although full training will be provided. You should be reliable, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling premium products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will support both inbound and packing activities, helping stock move accurately and efficiently from receipt through to despatch. The role requires care, pace and teamwork, particularly when preparing high-end luxury products and gift-wrapped customer orders.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Receive inbound stock, record items accurately on warehouse systems and put stock away in the correct locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Inspect incoming and outgoing products, reporting any damage or discrepancies promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Complete visual quality checks before packing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Pack high-end luxury products with exceptional care, including high-quality gift wrapping where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Label and prepare customer orders accurately for despatch and delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Use handheld scanning equipment to process and track stock and orders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Provide flexible support across the inbound and packing teams as directed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We’re Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· At least one year’s experience in a warehouse, packing or inbound role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· A reliable, positive attitude and a consistent work history.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Experience working quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Previous MHE/PPT experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling premium products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· The ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· A collaborative approach and the confidence to work well with others.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· A clear commitment to following site health and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· A basic DBS check is a standard part of the onboarding process. If you do not have one, we will arrange and cover the application for you.</p>
