<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for an efficient, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join a successful and growing E-commerce team. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team, takes pride in their work and has a genuine interest in delivering a high-quality service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll be doing:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and packing clothing products for customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate stock levels throughout the department.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out quality control checks on products before despatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Correcting minor issues where possible.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring products are handled carefully and presented to the required standard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using despatch systems and order management software to process customer orders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following company procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the team to ensure the department remains safe, secure and organised.What we're looking for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Attention to detail is a must. Quality control is an integral part of the despatch department</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and a high level of concentration.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good IT literacy and confidence using computer systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive and process-driven approach to work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining high standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills and a personable approach.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.</p>
