<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Operative to join our</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">growing team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an entry-level position and no previous warehouse or production experience is required, as</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">full training will be provided. The role is varied and hands-on, working across both our production</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">and warehouse operations to help manufacture, pack and dispatch our products safely,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">accurately and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with the production, filling and packing of Hexeal products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating production and packing equipment following training.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and packing customer orders accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing parcels and pallets for dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Labelling, sealing and checking finished products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving, organising and replenishing stock within the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading deliveries where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out basic quality checks during production and packing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping production and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following production instructions, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all company health & safety, chemical handling and PPE</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting damaged stock, equipment faults, spillages or other issues to a supervisor.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with stock counts and general warehouse duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting other members of the warehouse and production team as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You do not need previous experience – we are more interested in finding someone with the right</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">attitude.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ideally, you will have experience within a manufacturing, chemical, industrial, FMCG or</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">warehousing environment, with knowledge of the following:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be reliable, punctual and willing to work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse and production environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be able to follow instructions and work safely.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have good attention to detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the working day.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take pride in keeping their working area clean and organised.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">40 hour work week.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ overtime at £17.33 per hour.</p>
