<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and people-focused leader who has a proven track record of managing warehouse teams on a permanent night shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager or similar leadership role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing teams on a permanent night shift pattern is essential.</p>
