Warehouse Staff – Night Shift

Active Force are currently recruiting Warehouse Staff to join a well-established food production business based in Portbury, Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing night-shift work, with regular hours available through Active Force.

The Role

Working as part of a busy night-shift team,

you will be involved in the preparation, packing and handling of fresh meat products ready for customer orders.

Duties will include:

Packing and preparing meat products

Picking and organising orders

Handling and moving products within the warehouse

Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Following food hygiene, health and safety and workplace procedures

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

General warehouse and production duties as required

Previous warehouse or food production experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidates.

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to consistently arrive for a 21:00 start

Your own reliable transport or a dependable way of getting to Portbury is essential due to the location and night-shift hours

Comfortable working with and handling meat products

Comfortable working in a chilled/cold environment

Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role

Hardworking and willing to get stuck in

Able to work well as part of a team

Good attention to detail

Able to follow instructions and food hygiene procedures

Flexible and dependable with your availability

Previous warehouse, food production, packing or meat-processing experience is an advantage, but not essential
