Warehouse Supervisor

Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation in Banbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised warehouse professional with strong leadership skills who is looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly, orders are fulfilled accurately and the team works safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising, supporting and motivating warehouse staff, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance.

Managing stock control, cycle counts, stock audits and inventory accuracy.

Coordinating order picking, packing, processing and dispatch to meet customer

requirements.

Monitoring KPIs, productivity and operational performance.

Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.

Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods.

Maintaining high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and organisation.

What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics or transport environment.

Experience with stock management and inventory control systems.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The ability to motivate a team, manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts.What's on Offer?

Competitive salary of £28,800-£35,000 per annum.
