With a strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement, they are looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing outbound operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Description</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As Warehouse Supervisor based in Biggleswade, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a busy outbound warehouse function, managing a team of 50+ colleagues to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will drive performance, develop team capability, and support the delivery of key operational objectives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Leading daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity, quality and service targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing and motivating a large operational team across picking, packing and dispatch activities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to improve performance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting team briefings and communicating operational priorities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coaching, mentoring and developing team members</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing attendance, performance and employee relations matters</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and best practice</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Promoting a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capability and a passion for developing people within a fast-paced logistics environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will ideally have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Manager or Logistics Supervisor role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing medium to large operational teams</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proven track record of driving productivity and operational performance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing performance, absence and employee relations matters</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive and hands-on management style</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good IT skills, including experience with warehouse management systems</p>
