<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays), 09:00 - 17:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in South East London.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity to start in a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent member of our team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. You will lead and manage a small team, ensuring all daily targets and objectives are met.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to ensure a high level of productivity and accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor and maintain accurate inventory control and stock levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational demands and deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with the training of new team members and provide ongoing support and coaching.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or similar logistics environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A hands-on approach and a commitment to getting the job done.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent organisational and time-management skills.</p>
