<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join us for a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, working Monday – Friday, 8:00 - 16:00.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day Technical Returns operation at our Wellingborough site, specifically within the Samsung contract.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will manage warehouse resources, allocate tasks and monitor team performance, while overseeing the safe receipt and handling of inbound stock. You will also lead the High Value Returns Team, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring customer expectations and service levels are consistently met, you will support, train and develop team members while maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Excellent team leadership skills, with experience managing 20+ employees</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Experience of HR processes</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>An awareness of manual handling techniques</span></li>
