<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to take ownership of a busy warehouse operation in Milton Keynes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading a small team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation..</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will lead by example, creating an organised, efficient and safe working environment while empowering the team to work independently. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure goods are received accurately and customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently, accurately and on time.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead, motivate and support a small warehouse team in a hands-on operational environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee all aspects of goods-in, stock control, order fulfilment and dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support picking, packing and dispatch activities during busy periods, staff holidays and periods of absence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain an efficient warehouse layout, stock locations and FIFO (First In, First Out) processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor warehouse performance and maintain consistently high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Train and develop team members, ensuring company procedures and Health & Safety standards are followed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct and support relevant risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage warehouse equipment, consumables and general site upkeep.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate with office-based teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient courier and delivery operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency and overall operational performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take a proactive approach to resolving day-to-day operational issues.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">About You</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for someone who is:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organised, practical and comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A confident people manager who leads by example and is willing to get involved operationally.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Computer literate, with good experience of stock management systems and warehouse administration.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A strong communicator who can work effectively with colleagues across different departments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experienced in operating forklift trucks, with Reach and Counterbalance experience preferred. Training can be provided where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proactive, dependable and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and efficiency.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the warehouse operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm</p>
