<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing business based in the Wirral.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team and ensuring goods move efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee goods-in, goods-out and order fulfilment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage, support and develop the warehouse team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate the unloading of shipping containers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage warehouse layout, stock flow and space utilisation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee picking and packing operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Plan rotas, workloads and shift cover</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain stock accuracy and work closely with dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure high standards of health & safety and housekeeping</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support general warehouse duties during busy periods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience Required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident managing and developing a warehouse team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using WMS and general IT systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational and problem-solving skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hands-on approach to warehouse operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">FLT Bendi/Flexi licence would be advantageous</p>
