<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Yate for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and oversee a busy delivery function.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on leadership role where</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for managing a warehouse team of six employees while coordinating a fleet operation consisting of eight vans, seven drivers, and two relief drivers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse performance, stock accuracy, and timely customer deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team of six staff.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and high service standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the scheduling and coordination of an eight-vehicle delivery fleet.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support and supervise seven permanent drivers and two relief drivers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure efficient goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management using SAP.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor driver compliance, vehicle utilisation and delivery performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drive continuous improvements across warehouse and logistics operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed and maintained.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce operational reports and maintain accurate records within SAP.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be successful in this role, you will have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong logistics and transport coordination experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing teams within a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">SAP experience (essential).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple operational activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and leadership abilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of stock control, inventory management and warehouse best practices.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive and hands-on approach to management.</p>
