<p class="text-muted mb-3">I am looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to work for a busy Distribution company based in Leeds on the Night shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Manager,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be providing support in the handling of all warehousing and distribution functions. This role will be suitable for experienced Team Leaders looking for a role with good Career Progression and Promotion Prospects.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day to day duties within the role will include:</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Staff training and disciplinaries</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Maintaining standards of Health and Safety within the workplace, in line with legislation</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Conducting new warehouse staff inductions</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Attending H&S meetings</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Health and Safety aware, and able to take responsibility for the welfare of others within the work environment</span></li>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role is based on the Night shift, working 6pm to 6am, 4 shifts per week. Week 1 you will work Sun, Mon, Wed and Thurs and Week 2 is Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat. These weeks will then rotate throughout the year. The role is advertised as Permanent with a starting Salary for the role is £36,119.20 pa.</p>
