<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pertemps are seeking an experienced, highly organised, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for our clients brand new operation in Foston, Dove Valley Park. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities, excellent supply chain experience and a proven track record in warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational planning, staffing and implementation, ensuring efficiency, safety and scalability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be instrumental in optimising workflow, driving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence in delivering dedicated warehouse-as-a-service to all business units operating within the facility.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Quality related procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of product meets customers timescales/</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Supervise and proactively control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Organise, facilitate, and manage stock takes at regular intervals</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures whilst adopting the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system to ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Completing and maintaining all daily and weekly reports and logs for the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Ensuring that all workflow procedures and processes are followed by direct reports.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ Coaching, training, and guiding direct reports</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful Warehouse Team Leader will receive:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">+ A starting salary between £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience</p>
