<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Wellesbourne.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role supporting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse, this is managing a small permanent team with large seasonal peaks. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll be involved in stock control, goods in and out, picking and loading, team support and the preparation of equipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the Warehouse Manager with the daily running of the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing stock levels and carrying out regular stock checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and preparing orders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading vehicles safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing stock rotation and reducing waste</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping accurate stock records using a WMS</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting damaged, missing or incorrect stock</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping the warehouse organised and safe</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting warehouse staff with daily tasks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out basic equipment checks, cleaning and charging</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tracking equipment and returning to the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out basic repairs and DIY tasks where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting Health & Safety across the warehouse and yard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for someone with previous experience in warehouse, stock control or logistics who wants to take the next step in their career.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You should have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse or logistics experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good experience with stock control and inventory</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good IT skills and confidence using Excel</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using a WMS</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A practical, hands-on approach</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to organise your own workload and meet deadlines</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to lift and move items up to 25kg</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">FLT Licence is desirable but not essential</p>
