<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a busy night shift operation in the Plymouth area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Manager looking to take responsibility for a night operation. You'll play a key role in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment, supporting operational performance and developing colleagues through effective leadership and strong team engagement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supervise night shift warehouse activities to ensure operational targets and service levels are achieved.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead, coach and develop colleagues to maximise performance and encourage continuous improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Allocate workloads based on operational priorities, available resources and team capability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor warehouse productivity, accuracy and efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support recruitment, attendance management, performance reviews and colleague development initiatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure stock is handled, stored and processed safely and accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee the safe use, organisation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and operational assets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance throughout the operation.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or similar operational leadership role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working within a warehouse, distribution, logistics or supply chain environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven ability to motivate, engage and develop teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing performance against operational targets and KPIs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of warehouse health and safety</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience handling employee performance, absence management and training activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across departments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience leading night shift operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Understanding of warehouse audits and operational compliance processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Exposure to food distribution, FMCG or high-volume warehouse environments.</p>
