<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Supervisor to join a successful distribution operation in the Plymouth area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supervise and support a warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Allocate resources and workloads to maximise productivity and service levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor warehouse performance, KPIs and operational targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Promote a strong culture of health, safety, compliance and best practice.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing colleague development.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead team briefings and ensure operational updates are communicated effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigate operational issues and assist with implementing corrective actions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with warehouse, transport and operational teams to maintain excellent service standards.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or similar role within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working with operational targets, KPIs and performance measures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of warehouse operations and health and safety</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of warehouse audits, compliance procedures and continuous improvement processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience supporting recruitment, training and performance management activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Understanding of distribution, logistics or supply chain operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">06:00-15:30.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekends on a rota.</p>
