Life Cycle Solutions Leader (m/w/d) Industrial refrigeration

Step into the role of Life Cycle Solutions Leader – IREF and shape the future growth of our Industrial Refrigeration business by connecting market insights, portfolio strategy, and sales excellence. You will drive impactful, value-based solutions that strengthen customer relationships and unlock sustainable, long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Drive market growth by working with Field teams to properly capture, size and prioritize market opportunities and requirements Manage portfolio track performance (win rates, margins, product success), identify opportunities and strategis for performance improvement Lead product strategy and New Product Introductions (NPI) based on market needs Understand competitive landscape, define pricing strategies, lead growth room discussions and optimize commercial performance Enable and support sales teams, including complex deal support Integrate lifecycle solutions to grow install base and long-term service revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Strong experience in industrial refrigeration or similar technical industry Proven track record in commercial leadership or solution/portfolio management Solid understanding of systems sales and lifecycle service models Strong analytical and financial acumen (pricing, margins, business cases) Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across matrix organizations
