Job Description & Overview
Citizens Advice in Coventry invites applications for a Referral and Performance Administrator. This role sits within our CORE Project and focuses on the front end of the referral pathway, ensuring residents enter the service promptly and referrals are complete and correctly recorded.
You will help allocate cases, monitor contractual deadlines, and provide performance information and feedback to partners, acting as the central control point for referral workflow.
