We're recruiting for a Yard Coordinator in Farnham, Surrey, to oversee yard organisation, machinery movements & transport operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keep the yard clean, clear, safe & organised.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate inbound & outbound transport, including loading & unloading machinery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work with the workshop foreman & relevant teams to understand machine delivery schedules.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arrange pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) & ensure machinery is supplied with the correct attachments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Check machines before dispatch, ensuring specifications match sales orders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confirm all third-party equipment, attachments & certificates are present before loading.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Check incoming machinery for damage, paintwork issues, specifications & missing attachments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Help maintain an efficient turnaround of haulage vehicles within the yard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in a yard, workshop, transport or machinery-related role would be beneficial.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good organisational skills & strong attention to detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confidence coordinating machinery movements, deliveries & collections.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to check equipment against specifications & identify damage or missing items.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills & the ability to work effectively with different departments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Familiarity with machinery inspections, pre-delivery inspections or transport coordination would be advantageous.</p>
