Yard Operative - Builders Merchants
Job Description & Overview
Our client are a well respected Builders Merchants providing building supplies to a mixture of cotrade and retail customers.
An opportunity has arisen at a busy branch within the companies network in East Sussex. The role will comprise loading and unloading HGV vehicles with building materials in preparation for deliveries to be made, and unloading materials out onto the builders merchant yard. You will also help customers load products onto their vehicles from the yard after purchase. You will also help customers with their product queries, providing excellent customer service. If you have a driving licence, you may be asked to go out in the company van to make deliveries in cover for an absent driver.
Our client are offering a basic salary of £30,060. The hours are 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday mornings 8am-12pm
