<p class="text-muted mb-3">PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To carry out basic vehicle movement, handling, and storage operations in accordance with site and customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Carrying out basic vehicle movement and handling</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Using HHD scanners to scan, locate and direct all vehicle movements (initial training will be provided)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Carrying out basic vehicle checks as required and report findings to line manager</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Ensuring all vehicles are parked as per relevant customer standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Responsibility for your own safety and of those who work around you</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Maintain a safe driving standard and adhere to site speed limits</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Checking all vehicles for damage before moving and reporting any damage found to line manager</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Carrying out other yard operation duties as requested by the yard chain of command</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PERSON SPECIFICATION:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Excellent communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ability to work well as part of a team and independently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Must be comfortable driving manual and automatic vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ability to work under pressure</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Full valid driver’s licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· 2 years' experience in a similar role (driving)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Those with First Aid and/or Fire Marshall Certification and experience will be looked upon favourably, but this is essential for the role</p>
