Class 2 Driver / HGV Driver Multi-Drop
Location: Ware
Pay: £16.91 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per shift
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a well-established supplier of heating fuels and energy solutions.
Please note: This is a physically demanding role and involves regular manual labour and manual handling alongside driving duties. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work throughout the shift. This is NOT a driving-only position.
Key Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail and commercial customers
• Deliver fuel-related products safely and efficiently
• Carry out regular manual handling and physical labour as part of deliveries
• Load, unload and move products as required
• Carry out daily vehicle checks
• Complete relevant delivery paperwork
• Follow transport legislation and health & safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence
• Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
• Previous multi-drop or delivery experience preferred
• Must be physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual labour
• Previous manual handling experience
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach
