This hands-on leadership role requires a natural host who thrives on floor presence, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.
You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, set the standard on the floor and in the kitchen, and drive service, food quality, atmosphere, and consistency.
