Over de functie As Delivery Driver Parcel at DHL Express you deliver parcels safely and on time from the depot in Nieuw‑Vennep. You drive fixed routes and ensure each delivery is completed accurately for both business and private customers. In this role you work independently on the road, with clear schedules and no weekend shifts. Delivery Driver Parcel combines driving, planning and customer contact, with a strong focus on service and reliability. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering 50 to 80 addresses per day to business and private customers
• Independently loading the delivery van and organising shipments efficiently
• Planning and driving your route with support from a route‑planning app during onboarding
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Providing professional and service‑oriented customer contact during deliveries

• An hourly salary between €16.60 and €21.58, depending on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
• A flexible work schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.
• Free parking at the depot and excellent accessibility by car.

Functie-eisen

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years’ experience.
• Available 4–5 days weekly, between 08:00–19:00.
• Physically fit and skilled in customer communication.
• Eligible to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
• Resides within 40 km of Nieuw-Vennep, e.G., Hoofddorp.
